Timings
For the 7 pm concerts, we advise booking your table for 5.30 pm, our earliest dining time. This allows you the time to enjoy two courses and find your seats at the cathedral.
Booking Terms
- Dietary requirements must be confirmed in advance.
- Please confirm which concert you are attending when reserving your table.
- To secure your reservation at the time of booking, please provide your credit or debit card details. These details are required for the purposes of our cancellation policy and held via a secure system.
- Free cancellations are offered 48 hours before your reservation. Should you wish to cancel your reservation after this time, a fee of £20 per person will be charged. This fee will also be charged for no-shows or significant amendments made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Opening Time
- Blas restaurant will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays between November 1st 2025, and January 3rd, 2026.
- Please note that between January 4th and March 31st, 2026, Blas Restaurant will be closed for lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner due to our kitchen renovation. Breakfast will not be affected, and dinner will be available on selected dates at sister venue, Penrhiw Priory. If you are staying with us during this time and wish to dine, please inform our reception team, who will be able to advise you of availability and the menu.
