Penrhiw Priory is home to a large, fully domestic kitchen allowing you to cook together at leisure. Alternatively we will be delighted to assist with sourcing a private chef for your stay or advise on where to eat in the city.

For a true culinary experience and a feast for the senses, don’t miss dinner at three AA Rosette Blas Restaurant. The ambient space is designed to reflect the simplicity, elegance and history of the former windmill, whilst the menu offers contemporary dining, inspired by the season and locality, echoing Wales and its produce.

November to February (excluding the festive season) – 6pm to 8pm (last table seated at 8pm) Booking advised.
We accept children dining with their families to be seated between 5.30pm and 6pm. Bookings with children will be seated in our Lolfa area, and they can choose from our main menu or our children’s menu. We do not offer high chairs therefore children should be able to sit in our usual chairs for the duration of dinner.
